How do I get to my Team Store?

To access your club's online store, you must click on CLUBS tab and select your sport. There you will find your club's logotype and its corresponding Team Store.

How do I know the size I should wear?

You will find a size chart inside the description of every product.

Why can't I add a product to the cart?

Make sure you have saved the customization (name, number, team...) in the case of customizable products. Otherwise, you will not be able to add the product to your shopping cart.

What number should I put on the game shirt?

The number must be the one agreed with your coach.

How long does it take to produce my kit?

Orders that include sublimated (customized) products will have a manufacturing time of 4 weeks. The rest of the products take a maximum of 15 days.

All the paddle collection products lasts 10 days to produce.

When will my order arrive?

After the manufacturing time has elapsed (detailed in the previous question), orders take between 2 and 3 days to reach their recipient. You will receive a tracking number.

Are women's basketball kits very tight?

No, women's kits are morphologically adapted to the woman's body, having the player's comfort as a priority. With these women's kits, you won't have to worry about the size being too small. Choose your usual size and feel better than ever playing.

What are your customer service hours?

We will be happy to assist you from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm and Friday from 8.30am to 2pm.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We do accept returns and exchanges, as long as it is not a customized garment. You have 14 days to contact us and notify the incident from the day you receive the order.

To do so, you may write an email to incidencias@wintym.com detailing your name and surname, explaining your incident and indicating your order number (you will find it in the confirmation email we sent you).

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sizing reasons, unless it is a manufacturing error. You can find the size guide inside each product.
